I understand that I will be held financially responsible for a $250 cancellation fee for cancellations made within 14 days of private party. I further more acknowledge that I must meet the minimum of 10 guests, and will be charged accordingly. BrentArt will not be responsible for liability of guest behavior and safety, or safety in relation to the consumption of alcohol. My credit card will be charged according to the terms of the contract.
